«Så går vi rundt om en enebærbusk» (Here We Go Round the Mulberry Bush) is an old playing song that is found in many versions around Europe. Here in Norway, this song is very popular during Christmas time, and families like to sing and dance the song around the Christmas tree. The version you will hear today has been recorded in Oslo in 1925 and was published by the Norwegian Odeon label. The singer is the Danish silent film diva Asta Nielsen. She is accompanied on the piano by Marie Flagstad (Kirsten Flagstad sister).

Merry Christmas!!!
